This error message occurs when there are corrupted or missing files within the GTA 5 folder; to work around this issue, check the integrity of your game files (via Steam, if you purchased the game through Steam or through the Rockstar Games Launcher, if you purchased the game through the Rockstar Launcher)

Verify that you have not set call deactivation from the lspdfr menu. If the calls are activated from the menu, let me know what value is set in the Callouts.Multiplier option; you can find it inside the lspdfr.ini file, located inside the lspdfr folder

Unfortunately the latest patchdays are all corrupted, I recommend using patchday 19 and 20. These work well
