What version of .Net Framework do you have? LSPDFR requires at least version 4.7.2. Make sure you have at least this version installed

The crash was generated by the LSDPFR integrated call manager: you can try to re-install LSPDFR and if it doesn't work you can't do anything else as these errors are resolved automatically
