I strongly recommend that you uninstall Rage and LSPDFR, then go to the LSPDFR site and install LSPDFR manually. It then installs Rage and after LSPDFR. (right now you need to have no other plugins to make sure it does a clean and more successful installation). At that point try to enter with Rage (without administrator privileges) and check if the thing has been overcome

I'm starting to think that something is blocking rage, so try putting GTA 5 as an exception from your antivirus (if you have one). Also make sure you have the latest graphics driver installed

What happen if you play GTA without Rage?

They are two different things: the first spawns a certain situation (for example a call) near the road (like a sidewalk), while the second is used to indicate a minimum limit with respect to your position in which to spawn a specific circumstance (example of that previous one)
