  1. There's a few utility vehicles including EVIs NYPD utility vehicle on this site. Such as this: As for your second request, I believe your solution is best found here: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1548

  4. I hate the Call of Duty series. They take a look at realism and then let 10 year olds with Crayons do whatever they want with the game. The end result being Call of Duty video games. Just my two cents.
  5. It's also LCPDFR too. It's the "Num /" for me, and it goes through three different patterns. I personally enjoy non-ELS because you can run silent with the light pattern on, and cars will still move out of your way. It just feels more realistic and lets me roll Code 2 to calls with traffic responding as they should to a moving Code 2 Police vehicle. But, I still enjoy ELS for the various patterns, and for all the multiplayer groups that use them.
  6. Yeah, I really enjoy WiC. The premise and design of it is brilliant, just the matching ranking structure and organization is a bit confusing at times. You have a Captain doing a Lieutenant's job throughout the game. But, how is the game strategy-wise? Does it incorporate specialization modifiers of various units? I see a 2ID patch on one guys arm, are their various other units in the game as well?
  7. CJ! I still love your NYPD/LCPD Impala you did. It's awesome! I was just curious if you could stick a set of traffic advisory bars in your LCPD pack with the Black and White CVPI and Charger? They're really sweet, and that would just make them fit perfectly. (And if you could include Whelen speakers into the Rambar, I wouldn't complain. ;D)
  8. Patrick Star is so in for it. All those disorderly calls.
  9. I've seen similar topics like this one before on various other websites and I have had the same issue over and over again. Primarily, the Arma series is a tactical shooter video game. Not, as consistently misidentified as a military simulator. While I can not speak for the basis of various other nations, the United States Military in no way, shape, or form uses the product for any military simulation activities that are currently conducted. A few people have the VBS series that is used and this game confused. But, it does not reflect appropriately. Now, as for authenticity, the game does nail a few things. A bit of the organisation, some of the military symbology, and it does properly identify the required amount of personnel required in order to operate various vehicles and weapon systems. However, past manning and accuracy of the weapon systems itself, it tends to find issues. There is a great deal of authentic organization and requirements lacking that should be found in a game that claims itself to be a military simulator. Tactics, system capabilities, and at times specifications are found to be lacking. These can possibly be chalked up to a few issues, and if it renames itself to the shooter genre, it is by far the most complex. But, don't allow it to misguide you upon what the military itself conducts itself. The game overall in aspects and functions, to me, was far too complex than it should have been. Even incorporating real world systems. So, it is a severe learning curve to anyone who chooses to tackle this particular title. And, while I harbor no ill intent in my comments, I just ask the notation that one should be demanded to by this title simply be edited. I'll not waste anymore of your time, and I just wanted to present a brief and alternate comment on behalf of the topic.
  10. The words, awesome, come to mind. Thanks!
  11. Could you just happen to do the new 06' NYPD/LCPD Impala with a Non-ELS setup? I love the ELS Impala versions out there, but they tend to have consistent frustrations while in use with LCPDFR. Nice work on the mods so far!
  12. I love the LCPD/NYPD stuff! Both ELS and non-ELS! I use them both in various games and expansions! Keep it up!
  13. I would agree with the place holder idea about the vehicles. Just because if you look a bit further in the video where there is a burning vehicle you see the following: The ambulance has the same victor lightbar, paint scheme, and styling as that of the one in GTA IV. I highly doubt they would import the same vehicle from GTA IV. Again, my opinion.
  14. If you also download the LA Mod, you can get the "Enhanced Supervisor" which is all in English as well. As for the specific software, I can't help much there.
  15. Here you go! And, this was NOT produced by me. All credit belongs to Yakdafi and Simplestarwarsfan. http://img24.imagesh...d2011impala.png
  16. It's really bad. Even the Free Play isn't worth it. I bought a copy for only 4 bucks at a Gamestop in the states. And, I want every penny back.
