Whats your system sepcs? I dont use the car packs, am using an edited timecyc, and thats about it. I only edit Police cars and sometimes the taxi. However on the Spotlight issue that must be on your end because I use my spotlight about everytime I play and it works perfectly.

On the idea of a points system, that would be cool but there are so many ways to make your own sort of fun out of things already. I dont think we need more information on the screen. Although current address and info like that would be cool. If you just want an interesting and new way to play, I use a 3 strike rule. When I pull someone over, if they have been cited 3 times and I am going to give them another then I am taking them to jail. If they have 3 citations and I am giving them a warning then I will let them be on their way. Its interesting because it gives me another reason to check the police computer. Not just for warrants but for if they are repeat offenders.

Same components? GPU, RAM, HDD vs SSD? Same programs? There are a bunch of variables.

With ELS - Until I get a suspect fleeing call (Usually 10-20 Minutes in) Without ELS - All day long. (3 Hours is the longest I have played though)

I recommend doing two separate releases. One for people who wouldn't want the speed bumps and one for those that would. Although you seem fairly smart so im sure you have already thunk this through :p

I know im a tad late on the suggestion, but how about seeing if you can move the lights across the street like in real life and finally GTA V. If thats not possible then, what you have im sure will be fine. Another thing. There are some speed signs around but they are far and few between. I go off the average city speed limit which is 25, and then 30 on the highways. You could do 30 city 35 highway. More road signs would be awesome. I have also seen that in GA. I actually drove past a T-Stop when a vehicle who didnt move over and was going pretty fast past the police got pulled over by the second officer. I wish they could find a way to get this law enforced heavily, No leniency. The word needs to be spread a TON. I see it to often.

Yeah I agree with that one. I always wondered how to get my partner to do things. Like Arrest and Detain and Run after. Hopefully someone can answer this question

Thats another +1 by me. I think it is better when we have to look and see where its going on. Instead of focusing on the event as if its what we have to focus on. Also agree we should let them focus on bugs and other fixes first.

He will need atleast a 600w. Its a nice PC. Although I have read that the 8-Cores dont really outperform Intel's quad yet. Its a minute difference.

That would be so awesome once they get the processing power to include all the cities in one game. I think an updated Vice City would be nice. Heck we got an updated Liberty City, so I think it would be nice.

Or you can do so in the INI files in the scripts folder, and if you ever want a callout just press CTRL+F12 and click Force Callout.

There is a K9 mod already out there bidexy2k. It was made by the same guy who made police helper.
