Police Menu Charges & Citations 1.0
~ Come on you guys and gals... we gotta be excited for the new Police Menu Mod!! This new mod changes the game in so many ways. This is the moment we've all been waiting for. It is still a work in progress but we're all getting there. Patience is key mann. Love the way these new plugins are coming in. I literally took 5 months off from LSPDFR and came back to a bunch of changes and great mods. Came back and seen Police Menu and had to make these charges and citations for y'all. For those of you who still use Compulite..which I'm sure less people are going to use it now since Police Menu came out. But I did make charges and citations for Compulite called: SC Realistic Charges & Citations. Go check it out when you all get the chance and if you still use Compulite. Alright let's cut to the chase shall we.
 
About Police Menu Charges & Citations Version 1.0: Charges and Citations, also a text document that I recommend you read before installing. 
Includes realistic time frames for charges and realistic fines for citations. Added additional charges and citations that can be used in future callout plugins.  Added different degrees to charges. Ex: Assault and Battery-1st Degree, 2nd Degree, etc. Added different offenses to charges. Ex: Prostitution-1st Offense, 2nd Offense.  Added RICO charge. Plenty of citations to choose from.  230+ Charges & Citations.  
 
Disclaimer: I am not for responsible for anything that happens to your game. Please do not contact me or messaging me stating I messed up your game. You all need to read the text document before installing for proper installation. I will include installation directions on here as well. Thank you.
 
Installation Directions: 
1. Make sure you Install Police Menu first. 
 
2. Once you download and installed Police Menu correctly, which I recommend you watch either Criminal Justice or Geoffrey_Gamer videos on how to install that. You will need to run the game with that mod and then once you do that you can exit out the game. The reason you need to do this is because you won't have a Police Menu Folder until you run the game at least once. 
 
3. Then you need to proceed to opening your GTAV Main Directory>Plugins Folder>LSPDFR Folder Inside of Plugins Folder>Police Menu Folder>Internal. After you double click on Internal you will see the charges and citations items. 
 
4. Recommend you download WinRAR to open this file with. If you already have it then, open this mod up with WinRAR while also having your Internal folder open as well.
 
5. Please read the text document first. Installation directions are listed in there as well. Once you have done this then you can proceed to literally just select the Charges and Citations from your WinRAR then drag and drop them into your Internal folder where you see the charges and citations listed. Drop them into an empty space. It will then prompt you to replace the files and accept that and you're done. It's all in your game.

I'm pretty sure I have everything you could ask for on there. I'm very familiar with the law so I added nearly everything you could think of inside this mod. I included detailed screenshots of what this mod looks like in game, but this is nowhere near as many charges and citations that are actually on there. Please use the search bar to look up specific charges or citations on the upper left-hand corner on Police Menu computer. This will help you out a lot. Because as many charges and citations I have on here you'll be scrolling all day to find exactly what you're looking for so do utilize the search bar to go straight to it.

INSTALLATION:
Simple installation, just install into your GTA Directory and overwrite your existing Stop The Ped patdownitems and vehicleitems.xml's
 
FEATURES:
Over 200+ search items Variations of firearms to include if they are loaded and unsecured multiple variants of drugs, drug paraphernalia and other suspect items lore friendly items easy install  
WEAPON CODES:
A new feature with 1.2 is short hand weapon codes! These replace the old long form names for the weapons to describe their status, such as where they are carried and their loaded status! These codes are going to be explained below:
 
GENERAL CODES:
These are the code to the far left, a U, L or OITC. These explain the loaded status of the weapon. I was debating on using military color coding such as Green Amber and Red status but decided the simple ULOITC works better. 
U - Unloaded L - Loaded OITC - One in the Chamber  
ON PERSON CODES
These codes are to describe the carry of the weapon on a person during a pat down
OC - Open Carry CC - Concealed Carry W - Waistband P - Pocket  
IN VEHICLE CODES
These codes are to describe the carry of the weapon in a vehicle
CASE - Carrying Case O - In the open, in plain sight C - Concealed from view

Welcome to Holster Sounds, a plugin that will play a custom sound each time a pistol is unholstered or holstered using the LSPDFR animation.

    - Sounds are customisable for Pistol, Combat Pistol, APPistol and Pistol50.
    - All other pistols will use the 'others' sound. (there is no support for StunGun at this time)

Installation

2. Edit the sounds or disable individual sounds in the ini if desired.

Cop Holster is an RPH plugin that adds some unique functionality to the police handgun holster. It removes the handgun from the holster if a pistol is a drawn. It also comes with intimidation mode -- a simple feature that allows you to put your hand on your holster. Cop Holster works with both the player and AI officers.

RAGEPluginHook 0.23 or higher.
 
Installation
Place CopHolster.dll and CopHolster.xml in your Plugins folder.
When ingame, open the RPH console (default F4) and type LoadPlugin CopHolster.dll.
 
Features
Dynamic holsters for both the player an AI officers. Animations that automatically play when holstering and unholstering. Intimidation mode, a feature that allows you to put your hand on your holster. Toggle with Right Shift Key (keyboard) or Left DPad (controller). Highly configurable! Turn off animations, change keys, add new ped models for Cop Holster support, you name it.  
Questions
Does this come with RDE support?
The RDE Cop Holster config file is in the RDE 3.1 download.
 
Does this come with EUP support?
Yes. Cop Holster comes with support for EUP 7.5.
 
How does Cop Holster work?
All ped models in GTA have what are called drawables. They are pieces of clothing or equipment that can vary between instances of that model. Many of the default cop models have two holster drawables. One is empty, and one has a pistol. Cop Holster simply changes between those two drawables depending on if you have your pistol drawn or not to give the illusion that you are taking the pistol out of the holster.   

I'm a ped model developer and would like to make my model work with Cop Holster. How would I go about doing that?

An edit to the charges and citations for the Police Menu mod by  RicyVasco 
This simply adds more pre-defined charges and citations that will work in the police computer and appear as random ped history or under warrants. 
If using the PIA addition they are located at the bottom of either listing.
PIA is a parody / RP of ( Patriotism and Immigration Authority ) and may not be to your liking. If so...
Then do not use it. <shrug>
Installation included in README ( simple drag and drop )
Some fines or jail terms may not fit your liking. Those can be edited in .xml as can adding / removing charges. This is just a make your life easier pack.
Uses
New non pia charges include,
Smoking in restricted area
Operating vehicle without safety gear ( helmet etc. )
Solicitation of prostitution and more..
PIA includes,
Immigration type violations
Immoral behavior etc.. 
(especially un'merE!cane ) 😉
NOTE: PIA can be a butthurt to some. If you do not see them as intended, parody / satire / fun then do not use them. Simple.

Regular Callouts
Welcome back to Regular Callouts! This pack may be familiar to veteran players as it was formerly one of the Top 10 most downloaded Callout packs on LSPDFR.
 
This callout pack offers a total of 23 diverse calls, including everyday scenarios, exciting and challenging special cases, as well as three Callouts inspired by LA Noire. Most calls have numerous spawn locations throughout the entire map, ensuring a unique experience every time.
 
This was my first attempt at creating Callouts and coding in general. As I gained more experience, I made expansions and tried new things with each call. However, I was unsatisfied with how I coded the earlier callouts and did not want to rework every previous one. Instead, I focused on entirely new projects. Nevertheless, letting this pack sit on my PC would be a waste, and perhaps new developers can still learn a few things. That is why I have made this pack open-source.
 
I have made minor updates to ensure that the callouts work on the current LSPDFR version. However, I have not made any bug fixes since the last release of the Callout pack. If you encounter any bugs, please report them, and I will work on resolving them.

If you approach a detainee on a traffic stop, you could observe some things such as him or her not wearing a seatbelt, some alcohol containers on the passenger seat, or their side mirror might be broken. You'll get a notification when you encounter one of the observations.
