So, I had to redo my whole mods folder. Instead of doing it through the GTA Directory, you HAVE to do it through OpenIV. That was my issue.

With my other support, I fixed that issue. Then, about an hour in, my game crashed as I started to play. Can someone please let me know the cause of this crash? Here is the Log:CrashReport_lemon_638701449046308438.zip ^ Not current log: This isRagePluginHook_18122024_182343.log

I'm having this issue where I try and spawn in my police cars and I don't see them. They are replaced by the normal cars in GTA 5. I've installed vehicles into the game before and I don't know why its no longer working.
