RPH won’t open connected or disconnected to the internet but it if I connect to the Internet and then run gta first then disconnect the internet or turn it off rage will open but I’m still not connected to the internet. This is what happens if i don't lunch gta first, but once I open gta with internet connection I have to turn it off for rage to work

For some reason lspdfr is crashing when i load into game, when i get on the black screen that says, loading lspdfr, then the black screen gets stuck on my screen after it crashes RagePluginHook_01022020_011223.log

So, it started working, but now I have another problem, when I go on duty lspdfr crashes if I open the eup menu, get in a car, request a call, basically anything in do expect walk around.

So RPH will open when I turn my internet off, but steam or gta will not allow me to run gta without internet, if I turn my internet on it will not open RPH period it will not even give me the option to go to settings
