City of Live Oak Sheriff Vehicle Pack — FiveM, ELS & DLS V2 Small vehicle pack with liveries inspired by real sheriff vehicles from the City of Live Oak in Sutter County, California. The liveries take inspiration from their real-world counterparts, while the vehicle configurations, lighting setups, and all interior and exterior equipment are entirely fictional. The pack features detailed interior equipment and additional equipment in the trunk. Vehicle modkits allow you to customize several parts through your trainer. Both marked Tahoes have separate driver and passenger spotlight options, allowing you to select their deployed positions. License plate options let you install a plate or remove it completely. The unmarked Tahoe also has optional interior equipment, including a dash camera, Stalker radar, and a partition. Included vehicles: 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe — marked patrol version with a roof lightbar (oakso); 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe — marked slicktop version without a roof lightbar (oaksos); 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe — unmarked version (oaksou); Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor — marked patrol version with a roof lightbar (oakso2); Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor — Traffic variant (oakso2t); Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor — second Traffic variant (oakso2t2); Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor — slicktop with a ghost livery (oakso2s); Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor — unmarked version (oakso2u). Available versions: FiveM: Includes the complete vehicle resource and ULC configurations. Singleplayer — DLS V2: Provides Code 3 lighting control for all eight vehicles, Traffic Advisor switching on supported models, and marker-light control on marked CVPIs. Singleplayer — ELS: Uses models with emergency-light extras removed. ELS directly activates the vehicles’ native Code 3 lighting without requiring lighting extras to be selected through a trainer. Choose one Singleplayer edition. ELS and DLS V2 use the same DLC folder and vehicle spawn names. Replace the existing edition when switching, and do not run both lighting controllers together. How to install: Singleplayer — GTA V Legacy Common requirements: OpenIV with OpenIV.asi enabled and a mods folder; A vehicle trainer; SirenSetting Limit Adjuster with support for 32 siren lights; A gameconfig matching your game build, with HeapAdjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster, following the selected gameconfig’s instructions. ELS edition: Requires Emergency Lighting System and ScriptHookV. DLS V2 edition: Requires Dynamic Lighting System V2 and a compatible RAGE Plugin Hook. For GTA V Legacy build 3889, the updated RPH is included in the LSPDFR Manual Install download. LSPDFR itself is not required for DLS. Install the requirements for your chosen edition. Disable BattlEye for Story Mode through your launcher, or add -nobattleye to the game’s Steam launch options. Start OpenIV and enable Edit mode. Copy the supplied liveoaksheriff folder into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks. Open dlclist.xml inside mods\update\update.rpf\common\data. Add <Item>dlcpacks:/liveoaksheriff/</Item> before the closing </Paths> tag and save. Keep only one entry if it already exists. Install the lighting configurations as described below. Start Story Mode and spawn the vehicles using the names listed above. ELS configuration: Copy the eight XML files from the supplied ELS\pack_default folder into your game’s ELS\pack_default folder. Press J to activate Code 3 directly, and press it again to switch the lights off. Traffic Advisor switching is available in the DLS V2 edition. Marker-light extra 3 remains on marked CVPIs and can be selected through a trainer. DLS V2 configuration: Copy the eight vehicle XML files into Plugins\DLS. Merge the sections from DLS-bindings.ini into Plugins\DLS.ini, preserving the existing settings and keeping ExtraPatch=true. Start the game through RAGE Plugin Hook and load DLS. Default pack controls, with Num Lock enabled: NumPad 1: Code 3; NumPad 2: Traffic Advisor on supported models; NumPad 3: Marker lights on marked CVPIs; G: Toggle the siren. Rebind conflicting trainer shortcuts if necessary. See the included ReadMe for additional controls and installation details. FiveM Copy the LiveOakSheriff folder into your server’s resources folder. Add ensure LiveOakSheriff to your server.cfg. For ULC support, add LiveOakSheriff to Config.ExternalVehResources in your ULC configuration. The resource includes ULC configurations for Code 3, Traffic Advisor, and marker lights on applicable vehicles. The unmarked CVPI (oakso2u) uses native emergency-light controls.
