  14. ELS plugin not working

    Make sure you installed all of ELS's files into your GTA V Main Directory, (where your GTA5.exe is located), and not your plugins folder. Also make sure you installed all the ELS XML's that were included with the vehicles into the "pack_default" folder inside of the ELS folder, as that is the default XML location.

    Howdy! I present to you what I have been making for the past week. It comes with both patrol and traffic liveries for all cars except the Crown Victoria. This was going to be made for a server I was in, but I have since left that server. Was also planning on possibly doing a Hamilton County SO EUP package but that has since been abandoned. Hope you guys enjoy this and I know some liveries look a bit jank, I might fix that later I do not know because I do not have the energy to do that. These liveries were made for Fiber Modifications 2021 Code 3 Pack, but the liveries fit other packs I believe. I will NOT be offering any help with the installation of this package, you can go to Youtube or any other streaming platform to find out how to put the liveries on cars. These liveries support the following bases: Otaku's 2011 Ford Crown Victoria TheHurk's 2014 Dodge Charger PPV OfficerUnderwood's 2016 Utility GeorgieMoon's 2016 Taurus Matt's 2015-18 Dodge Charger Pursuit Fibermods 2019 Ford F-250 GeorgieMoon's 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe DO NOT Post this file on any other website, this is the only place on where you can install this livery package by me as I am only uploading it on here.

    All three of those plugins would be the issue as they are all outdated and unsupported. Albo1125 discontinued those plugins around 4 years ago now and they are open source. An alternative to this would be to use Grammar Police and Stop the Ped which both have almost all of the features of those plugins and not to mention actually work for your game.     A lot of different options you can do here on this website, but it really depends on your preference. But here are some really nice packs that I've used quite a bit: (especially this 2018 charger it looks fantastic in game) Really depends on what you would like in your game, but here are some really good quality packs that don't impact performance, (for me). But if you would like me to send more packs over then I can do that for you if you want.

    Fantastic livery pack to add to your server or LSPDFR, all the liveries are 4k which is also a nice feature. Definitely recommend grabbing this pack, it looks really good in-game.

    Make Visuals Great Again, Natural Vision Remastered, or QuantV (Old Version, New one is paid) would probably be my first picks. MVGA- https://www.ausgamer.net/mods/file/30-make-visuals-great-again/ NVR- On Razed's Discord QuantV 2.1.4- https://www.gtainside.com/en/gta5/mods/119996-quantv-2-1-4/ (Old Version of QuantV, new version is on his patreon). You could use ENB if wanted, but that would bring down your framerate quite a bit. You could also use Reshade which has better FPS, (for me), but I just don't really like it all that much. Hope I was helpful! (You can use MVGA & NVR for FiveM if you were interested in that).
