1. Copy the 'umkroamer' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/"
2. Navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/. Add "<Item>dlcpacks:/umkroamer/</Item>"

My first time working with ZModeler so there will be some imperfections. 
Has a good set of lights on front and back. All ELS compatible. Lights are setup as PRML for stage 2&3. You can change the patterns to what you like.

If you're a dev starting off as new, I made this to help people out without having to full assemble the lightbar. I do suggest trying to make your own parts or messing around with zmodeler. Looking at videos on youtube or asking someone for help. My dms are always open if anybody needs help with deving. Please feel free to ask.

I edited a texture from a state police pack to make a pretty decent game warden texture; I did not base it off of anything other than the SP pack. The 2013 Tahoe comes from @kilroy95's [ELS] BCSO pack which can be found below and is REQUIRED. I have also left a link to the state police pack I used to make this texture, check it out if you want some cool state police textures. Nothing more to really say, pretty simple texture, easy to add to your game. If you don't know how to add textures to cars then you can probably find a guide on YouTube. (Make sure to rename the texture when adding it to the vehicle in OpenIV.)
