Post the ScriptHookDotNet.txt.

These are newer versions than the ones that come with LCPDFR, they might fix it. And if you think it's because of ELS 7, uninstall it and see if it works without it.

Let's not forget that HD textures are of higher resolution than default ones, and thus they need more GPU power/memory.

Please don't use caps lock all the time, it's very annoying. And as insert said, it's all in the readme file that comes with SNT. Just please don't drop all the files to the folder. Read the readme.

No, you won't have to reinstall LCPDFR, but you'll have to run the game as administrator.
