EMSmod should just go into the plugins folder. "Script folder" more than likely just means plugins folder.

Try removing LSPDFR+ as it modifies traffic stops. I don't use it as I find it just gets in the way often and causes conflicts with other mods.

Need to put the .ytf and .ytd files in the latest patchday folder. Number 20 is the latest.

Crazy Callouts, High Priority Callouts, and Basic Callouts all sound outdated and not at all for 0.4.1

What's a pre-req? and what plugins/mods you using?

It's actually supposed to be E but it's inconsistant/a plugin interferes with it I believe. I'm fairly sure it works fine on the base of LSPDFR.

CheepCallouts doesn't work with 0.4+ Literally says on the webpage " The callout pack is currently not supported for LSPDFR 0.4 and above "

Some advice I can give you: Don't just install 20 plugins and scripts as soon as you install LSPDFR without even understanding the game first. Add one mod at a time and load the game, understand it then add the next etc. This way you can troubleshoot.

I suggest downloading visual mods from my thread and see how it effects your performance. I got frames back from applying them (there's no ENB).

You need to see if you can play the game on the base LSPFR and latest RPH and go from there. That's how this problem is resolved. We know this because we've done it many times. Me and Spike both play this game without problems so I suggest you take our advice or just don't play, up to you.

I had this problem yesterday, it was just failing to boot. A reboot on my PC fixed it.

Just by looking these two could easily be the cause of crashes as they probably do not like LSPDFR. DLCTraffic IVPack
