Ok here's how you can solve this problem. At least this is what I do and I haven't encountered this bug before; Use StopThePed, grab the person you've arrested and walk them near your car. A STP menu will come up and ask you to put them in the back or release. They shouldn't be able to exit if you put them in via this method.

Maybe! I know that I can't push more than 60fps average in this mod so it could use some optimization for sure.

Just been testing this with my build for the last 3 hours. No problems what so ever and adds great immersion. Also works with CleanWorld command and it doesn't remove anything you've driven or anything to do with the callout you're on. Chased 4 guys around for 15 minutes and came back to the money truck they stole still in the same position, my car still nearby and another car I used about 500m away still there along with a police car. Had to tow them all. Minimal performance loss, very good plugin. -

Just want to say your mod works perfectly, or at least the AI files. That's all I changed in my game and it's exactly what I needed, the locals actually have some what of a brain now while driving.- 366 comments

Go to the cheep callouts page and what version of LSPDFR was it last updated for..

Start again with a fresh copy of GTAV and install one plugin at a time. Especially callouts.
