Go into your visualsettings.dat file(C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\common\data) and scroll down to # Other Emissive lights, then change the number on car.de.faultlight.emissive.on, the hight the number the brighter, the lower the number the less brighter..etc Hope that helps :thumbsup:
