try removing station 19 callouts and see if that helps bc it uses 0.3 api and not 0.4

what is my officer in your plugins? that could be an issue try and remove that and see if it works it also could be callout plugins causing it as well because most of the callouts are for 0.3 and havent been updated for 0.4 so your best bet is to stick with the callouts that use the 0.4 api. i would suggest getting rid otb callouts and agency callouts and see if that helps. they do have a thread on here with a list providing what is stable with 0.4 as well if you want to read that and get more info on what can be used.

sounds to me like an xml got screwed up somehow with outfits and i dont think inventory is suppose to be in the custom folder

scenario oh hasnt been updated for 0.4 yet so you will have to wait until its updated i would suggest removing it until then

have you tried not using eup menu instead using the lspdfr police locker for cloths? they have on here an xml file for the use of eup clothing for police locker

seems to me like you didnt install it correctly can you post a pic of your gtav directory

try check the integrity of the files through steam and see if that helps you in anyway

is your gtav updated to the latest patch? if you have a steam version try checking the integrity of the files for gta v

Try running rage as an admin try that and see if that works it possibility that you could not have downloaded everything you needed for rage like c++ and all of that stuff or your computer sees it as a virus and is blocking it out.

InVehicle.xmlOnFoot.xml now those have stop the ped and a bunch of others but you can try and use those and see if they work as long as you have the buttons for them in the display folder you should be set for on and off

hmm ok well you can try and esit the xml file aand add those in that you want. i can try and attach mine so you can use it if need be but try and look in the display foler for on and off and seee what buttons you have in there to make sure first before editing the file or retry installing those plugins

Traffic control is the issue i believe try and remove it
