Hmm, not entirely sure but it may be the LA Roads mod, did you replace the entire handling.meta with the one that came with the downloaded vehicle mod? What requirements did LA Roads needed? And if you can, try screenshotting your gta game folder.

If no cop car is available to chase after a suspect, service vehicles are the next best thing, even tho they may lack a siren, the flashing lights will still do. -
Regardless of not having a livery or even having one or even using a template to create a livery, it doesn't matter to me. I'll still use the vehicle mod no matter what. -
Gonna try this myself to see if it will crash as well. Will get back to you. Also be kind of funny to somehow replace the foam with fire. -
Or just change the keys in-game. Also this font really hurts my eyes, pretty sure it would hurt others too.

Maybe I could be of help, so you're trying to get ELS to work, and I am sure you have some els enabled vehicles in game too. Can't remember but I think ELS needs scripthookv which can be found on dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/. I also haven't used els in a long time, so bear with me, do you have the latest lspdfr, ragepluginhook from the lspdfr install, mods folder with the new update2.rpf from the original update folder, packfile limiter, heap adjuster from gta5-mods.com? As well as the openiv program to help you as well?

I too have had that problem, are you dragging from the zipped folder itself? Or from the downloaded folder? And when you do this, I ensure that Edit mode is enabled.

I've had that same error before on other callout plugins. Basically an example would be this; I am on duty waiting for dispatch to send me to a call, then after pressing Y to accept. I would hear from dispatch "code 4 disregard", I think that means that a call was trying to be created but something happened during the creation. I am not sure what caused the call to be cancelled, but it is a common error and nothing to be worried about. Not sure if this makes any sense, I apologize if it doesn't.- 1,007 comments

He probably will do els if he wants to do it. But for now, non-els is easier to learn than els. -
No update came up, since it lies in your mods folder, did you replace update2.rpf in your mods folder with the original one from the original update folder? Do you have any downloaded vehicles in your mods folder? If your game crashed while being offduty and if you were driving a downloaded vehicle, maybe the vehicle itself was corrupt. Also check and see if you have a modded vehicles.meta file. If you can't find vehicles.meta, just type it in the search box in openiv. The only other thing I can think of is if you have downloaded some custom buildings or the custom_maps mod file.

Non-els is way better anyways. Just a quick tip, anyone who is having problems loading the vehicles into their game. Do this first, edit dlc.xml whatever the extension is called, then put this at the bottom line without the quotations "<Item>dlcpacks:/contra_costa/</Item>". Also name the folder to contra_costa as well to load the vehicles properly. To all future downloaders and previous ones, I hope this helps. I've been doing stuff like this for over 20 years.

Loving this alot, also if anyone who is having problems getting this to work, put this in the dlc.txt file "<Item>dlcpacks:/contra_costa/</Item>" without the quotations. Also name the folder contra_costa too.

Wrong wrong wrong in so many ways wrong. This is also made for single player use too, by using LML and/or the 50 extra police slot mod too. -
Do you have Edit mode enabled in OpenIV? That might be why, also what drive is Epic Games installed on?

I always use 2K vehicles, but since I have a rtx 3060 graphics card, and a amd ryzen 3600 gaming pc. I don't suffer texture losses like I did before.
