Liberty County Sheriff's Office Skin Pack ---------------------------------------------------- This Mod inclueds: - The Skins in PNG Format - Installation Instructions - A ReadMe (german and english) - Pictures -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Skin for: Patrol Cars: CVPI 06-12 Impala 2012 Charger 2010 Tahoe K-9: CVPI Supervisor: CVPI Vans: GMC Savana D.A.R.E: GMC Savana ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Instalation (IMPORTANT!!! You'll need the Models first[see the "Links" Section in this ReadMe]) 1) Open SparkIV (or OPENIV) and go to: GTAIV/pc/models/cdimages 2) Open the vehicles.img 3) Search for your carslot and open the wtd file of it.(on SparkIV click "EDIT") 4) Now replace the Livery with the PNG of this Mod (there should be something called "livery_1 or Paintjob_2" or something like that. 5) Save everything. yes i did... wired xD could that be because i installed it on the slot of the Pstockate (that truck)? but then again i changed the handling line so this shouldn't be a problem right? thats the only car i have problems with xD if it helps here is a screen of my handling.ini maybe i'm doing something wrong xD but i copied the handling line in the readme and paste it in there so.. idk

no i agree. Not even the U.S Gov would do that. And the fact that after 9/11 even more crazy islamic dudes killed themselves gives me right.. or did the u.s gov did that too? i don't think so xD

ehm...no.. 9/11 is Tuesday 9/11 = 11th September xD I didn't lost anybody. but i watch the entire thing at TV (i was 9 back in the day) and since then i never forget what happend... you are right. the world did changed. i will never forget those people on the top floors.. and the people that jumped into death. I will also never forget kevin cosgrove who was on the phone by the time he died and you could hear the screams and the buildings colapse... In my 20 Years of life i never heard anything like that.

Don't want to create a nwe topic for that... I have a problem with Corleone's GMC Savana. The handling is terrible and the car flips in every corner. Some Infos: I replaced the pstockate with it (because i already have a car for the polpatriot) I use the handling line that came with the readme of the Van I also tried to use the Standard GTA 4 Speedo handling line (that was even worst :D) any ideas?

as far as i know you can install cars with vehicle installer if they are in a rar or in a folder did your friend try that? either put them in an rar or in a folder and just select in in the installer i used this program a year ago xD

hmm wired. like i said i had that too but my issue was coast by a map mod (i didn't removed it correctly) and a fresh install help me. but since you said you didn'T had any map mods...wired..

i would like to know that too. i got V10 and i go with wmv an 1080-30p with 8Mbit's (which isn't too bad) but s there a better setting?

hmm in which direction? Bohan,Gonquin (yes i call it gonquin get over it :D) or Broker? This used to happend to me too. Did you installed a Map Mod or anything like that? That was my problem. xD

did you installed the xliveless asi loader? (when you first install lcpdfr you can install that too) If you did...thats your problem xD

that's a shame.. even Saints Row 3 does that. and this game is not really meant to be realistic :D
