The look of it will somewhat depend on graphics mods, if you want a specific feel to it you would probably have better success testing colors yourself with your setup For the 500 Series Stick, the emissives use els_emissives texture -
That looks like a texture issue you're having, that's the full texture for those modules I'm not sure what you mean with the front visor, it's supposed to be one red and one blue light

I've thought about it before but I don't think I'll do it. ELS is more restrictive with what I can do and I don't really have the time to manage a ton of different versions for each car. DLS and ELS can be used at the same time so it's not too much of a priority to make these ELS

Eventually I'll be redoing both the Pre-EV20 and EV20 controllers, the Pre-EV20 will likely come first -
Drag the DLC folder to update/x64/dlcpacks Go to update\update.rpf\common\data and add <item>dlcpacks:/hp21charger/</item> to the dlclist.xml file

I will probably do some pickups, more SUVs will be next after the sedans though. There's a few more chargers I have planned and then a large CVPI update, after that I'll be moving on to SUVs

Important: You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use this model. Some lights will not work unless you have it. Here are the 2019 and 2020 Unmarked CHP Chargers used by Captains. They're both pretty similar so I decided to release them together. There are no liveries for these but there's still CHP/SAHP texture options because of the CHP cones and CHP medical bag in the trunk. The CHP textures are already in the FiveM and Add-On files. The screenshots only show the versions with hubcaps, but there's more versions I added with the 1.3 update. The new versions are the same as the hubcaps but with different wheel options. I've considered it before, it might be something I do after every car is done but I'm not sure. I don't play FiveM anymore and I would be much more limited for what I could do with patterns in ULC compared to DLS.

This is the Pre-EV20 Charger, so it has a different interior, some different lighting, and different light patterns compared to the EV-20 models that I've already released. There's CHP/SAHP texture options available, as well as a few additional optional liveries. The standard CHP textures are already included in the FiveM and Add-On files. Unlike the other Chargers I've released, this 2019 comes with 4 models instead of 2. The first two are models with angled raiders on the rambar, which is the standard setup. The last two models are with forward facing raiders on the rambar, which wasn't common but it did exist. The entire model is being updated at some point, it's getting a 2.0 update similar to the charger -
I may do ELS at some point. I don't use ELS personally and I haven't done ELS configs before, but with the demand for ELS it may be something I consider as a pack once all of my planned CHP models are completed -
I haven't been having any issues with crashes like that, the most I had happen was DLS crashing during early testing since I had the wrong sirensetting set. Do you have every limit adjuster and a gameconfig maybe?

Extras with collision such as the rambars may need the car repaired in order to show. Toggle the extra and then repair the vehicle

Now that I'm happy with the 2015 Setina FPIU and I have no other planned changes on it right now, I figured I would release this too with all the same fixes the 2015 received over time. Please note that the pictures for this model are slightly outdated, they were taken before I did some final changes. The changes made were to the materials of the siren controller and 500 Series Stick, and I added the screws for the power connector. There are some options to choose from including SAHP and CHP textures, with the CHP textures already in the FiveM and Add-On files.
