1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently one-by-one and test after each removal.
3. If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

As per your issue, send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

As for what you said, you may simply have to do that. Sometimes RPH tends to do that hooking issue on a per user basis. You will simply just have to do that method from now on.

1. Move the DamageTrackerLib and LemonUI.RagePluginHook to the Main Directory and not Plugins.
2. Re-install the manual version of LSPDFR. You appear to be missing the EasyHook64.dll.

1. Move: SimpleCTRL from Plugins to Plugins/LSPDFR.
2. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

Then just remove the default entries and replace them with the addon vehicle file names. Make sure that the spawn chance of them all totals to 100.
