Looks like a crash when the Terrorism callout from Qwaned Callouts initiated. Potentially due to custom peds/vehicles. Rename the mods folder to _mods and then force the Terrorism callout from Qwaned Callouts to see if it crashes again.

Not really. They will just select a new animation after you dismiss them. Sometimes they will go back to whatever activity they were doing prior to you engaging with them, but not all the times.

Check the EUP Menu ini file for any duplicate key entries that need to be unique.

Moreso it just won't spawn your ambulance. It isn't causing crashes though.

Unfortunately, if you are saying LSPDFR is crashing, you need to get it to crash and then send the log. As there is no crashes in the log you sent.

If the game is crashing, then that is another matter that can be addressed.

You had a couple of crashes.

There was "Exception message: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream." which I believe is due to XScanner. Might be worth re-installing it and see if that helps.

The second came from Policing Redefined but it could have been due to the fact that something else crashed right before it.

Those logs are for if you are looking at an older launch of the game. If you want to know why the most recent one crashed, just look at the txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. That shows your most recent launch of the game.

If that worked, then change it back to mods and do the following:
Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Limit Adjuster.
If that does not work, remove what you have installed to the mods folder one by one until you find the problem.
If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

I could be wrong but it could be due to the fact that police4 is an unmarked car with no lightbar. If you change the file names to a different replace slot, does the that model function as intended?

You are missing ScriptHookV which is a requirement for ELS to work.

Compulite entries do not carry over to LSPDFR Sync. Only the native arrests and tickets carry over.

This is an issue where if you interrupt the ai backups arrest animation the suspect will glitch out. You have to let the ai finalize the animation and then you can take over the arrest.

Few things to diagnose the problem would be:

1. Rename mods to _mods and then test the game to see if the issue persists.
2. Lower the graphics settings down a bit and test after each revision.

Add the RAGEPluginHook.exe to the exceptions list for your anti-virus and then re-download manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Then try again.

Ensure that your PostFX and Shader Quality are set to High in the GTA V Settings menu.

If they are, go into OpenIV and change the following in the visualsettings.dat file:

car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1700.00
car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1100.00

There are a couple of issues in this log:
Lore Callouts had an issue with a custom ped. You can either remove the pack or keep using it and you may experience occasional crashes if you continue to use custom peds/outfits.
External Police Computer was having an issue connecting to the server. I believe it has to do with a firewall registration but Im not entirely sure. So I wouldnt make any changes to that for the time being.

XAudio2 comes from XScanner. Try re-installing it to see if you get the crash anymore.

Can you screenshot the error and send a log?

From what I can tell from the copy and pasted log, 686 Callouts had an issue due to missing dependencies I believe. Re-install it.

If still having issues, just upload the file and don't copy and paste the contents.

Go to the LSPDFR download page. Select Download This File. Then select the LSPDFR Pursuit Test and download it. Then install it like you would manual LSPDFR.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and test the game.

I'm not sure about the rest because I never really used them but the ELS control panel is Ctrl + P.

It looks like the file InteractionSettings or section of InteractionSettings in the PolicingRedefined ini file has an incorrectly set setting. Revert any changes or re-install the ini.

LSPDFR is having an issue with one of your weapons. You can remove them one by one from where you installed them and test after each removal to find the issue.

Exit and retry. That happens sometimes.
