UnknownBastion's post in LSPDFR CRASH was marked as the answerIt appears that one of your xml files was having an issues:
"Failed to load backup data: System.Xml.XmlException: '<' is an unexpected token. The expected token is '>'. Line 850, position 4."
Since the last xml to load was agency_eupfr.xml, I would start there and check the line mentioned in the error above. In order to easily find the line, I suggest using Notepad++.

UnknownBastion's post in My plugins aren't loading was marked as the answerNo worries! I have trashed the other topic.
EUP Menu crashed because you are missing one of its dependencies. I saw an error pertaining to RageNativeUI from Callout Interface. Ensure that you have RageNativeUI installed to the Main Directory.

UnknownBastion's post in Lspdfr first response crash was marked as the answerIf you have ScriptHookV.NET installed, remove it.
As for the LSPDFR crashes, please send the log like Yasd asked. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

UnknownBastion's post in VisualVanilla Uninstall was marked as the answerSometimes asi installs come with something called a assembly.xml file. It tells you where the files were installed to. If there isn't one, you will have to find out what files were installed in the mods folder or restart the mods folder.

UnknownBastion's post in Can't find files in OpenIV was marked as the answerSo you can grab the folder it requires from update/x64/dlcpacks. Then copy the folder it wants and paste it into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. That is how you add stuff not in the mods folder.

UnknownBastion's post in Crash help was marked as the answerLooks like a crash when the Terrorism callout from Qwaned Callouts initiated. Potentially due to custom peds/vehicles. Rename the mods folder to _mods and then force the Terrorism callout from Qwaned Callouts to see if it crashes again.

UnknownBastion's post in game crashing after some gameplay on duty was marked as the answerMoreso it just won't spawn your ambulance. It isn't causing crashes though.
Unfortunately, if you are saying LSPDFR is crashing, you need to get it to crash and then send the log. As there is no crashes in the log you sent.
If the game is crashing, then that is another matter that can be addressed.

UnknownBastion's post in lspdfr going black and beeps when trying to go on duty was marked as the answerYou had a couple of crashes.
There was "Exception message: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream." which I believe is due to XScanner. Might be worth re-installing it and see if that helps.
The second came from Policing Redefined but it could have been due to the fact that something else crashed right before it.

UnknownBastion's post in new ragepluginhook logs not showing up in log folder was marked as the answerThose logs are for if you are looking at an older launch of the game. If you want to know why the most recent one crashed, just look at the txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. That shows your most recent launch of the game.

UnknownBastion's post in Project london was marked as the answerIf that worked, then change it back to mods and do the following:
Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Limit Adjuster.
If that does not work, remove what you have installed to the mods folder one by one until you find the problem.
If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

UnknownBastion's post in Black lightbar on police4 slot. was marked as the answerI could be wrong but it could be due to the fact that police4 is an unmarked car with no lightbar. If you change the file names to a different replace slot, does the that model function as intended?

UnknownBastion's post in LSPDFR crashing when pressing the letter E was marked as the answerThere are a couple of issues in this log:
Lore Callouts had an issue with a custom ped. You can either remove the pack or keep using it and you may experience occasional crashes if you continue to use custom peds/outfits.
External Police Computer was having an issue connecting to the server. I believe it has to do with a firewall registration but Im not entirely sure. So I wouldnt make any changes to that for the time being.
