Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

3. Go to: GTAV/Plugins and remove the EUP folder (make a backup first). Then reload EUPMenu ingame and test.
4. There is an error in TrafficStopQuestions.xml. Revert any changes made recently or get the default one.

Additionally, you have errors in the TrafficStopQuestions.xml. Revert any recent changes made.
If the error regarding the charges is happening with that specific pack, report it to the Developer.

Close down your game.
Go into the RPH Settings (hold shift after launching RPH, or click the silver cog on the splash screen).
Go to the Plugins section.
Select the option to load no plugins on startup. Save and launch.
Once you're in-game, press F4 > type ReloadAllPlugins. Go on-duty as normal.

To Update GTA V:
Delete the GTA5.exe in your GTAV folder. Then verify game files.
