Crashing with LCPDFR but SP working fine

Featured Replies

Title ! I went on a whole new clean installation yesterday with only some mods that I would consider not full of bugs and totally outdated and keeping it somewhat minimal. Everything went fine and LCPDFR was even working yesterday. I did not performed any changes or edit meanwhile and today LCPDFR is crashing to desktop when it is loading while SP stills works fine.

I renamed my mods folder to _mods and LCPDFR was working again so I am conscious this is most likely an issue with my mods setup but I have two questions :

1/ Why it used to work yesterday and today it doesnt want to when I did no changes nor added any plugins/mods/scripts since then ? It is odd to me !

2/ Here is my list of mods, is any of them known to cause conflicts with LCPDFR ? I would really like to keep these on but depending on which could be the culprit I might sacrifice it for a properly working LCPDFR.

- NvE (LCPDFR patch installed, of course)
- EnT (this is the one I suspect the most to be messing up ?)
- Menyoo menu
- WoV

No biggies if there is no real solution for me, I suppose I'll just get through my modded playthrough then start a clean installation with only LCPDFR/NvE then after but having all of them at once is always more practical ! Thanks in advance for any support 🙂

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try:
Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters.
If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.
If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Unfortunately installing these three again did not fixed it for me, but definitely interested into LSPDFR so i'll just have another clean install after this SP playthrough, cheers and thanks for the quick response time officer !

Yeah, unfortunately if those did not help, there isn't really much else I can say besides revert changes or restart the mods folder. My advice to you is to install mods one at a time and test after each install. That way you will know exactly what was causing the problems. Best of luck!
