1. Go into the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory and remove the contents. Then add -windowed and save and exit the document.
2. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If the above doesnt work, you can remove what you have added recently and test after each removal.
3. If all of the above doesnt work, restart your mods folder.

1. Update: PoliceSmartRadio, Super Callouts, Super Events, and Damage Tracking Framework
2. Ensure that Albo1125.Common.dll is installed to the Main Directory and that Traffic Policer.dll is installed to Plugins/LSPDFR.
3. Move: LemonUI.SHVDN3.dll and NoMoreMelee.dll from Plugins to their correct location. Consult the readme from each download for more information.
Lastly, in regards to the NVE issue, make sure you are using the LSPDFR compatibility patch. If after all the troubleshooting, you still cannot get it to work, consider using an alternative for graphics.

1. Update GTA V. To update your GTA V, delete your GTA5.exe and verify your game files.

1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If those don't work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal.
3. If you still can't find the problem in the mods folder, you will have to restart it.
