Couple of things:
1. Go into the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory and remove the contents. Then add -windowed and save and exit the document.
2. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0
AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

Things you can try:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If the above doesnt work, you can remove what you have added recently and test after each removal.
3. If all of the above doesnt work, restart your mods folder.

Then you will continue to have telemetry issues. The current version of LSPDFR connects via LSPDFR Sync to this website.

If the .ls and .bak files do not work, remove them. Then create a new character and see if you encounter any issues.

Please send the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.

Couple of things:
1. Update: PoliceSmartRadio, Super Callouts, Super Events, and Damage Tracking Framework
2. Ensure that Albo1125.Common.dll is installed to the Main Directory and that Traffic Policer.dll is installed to Plugins/LSPDFR.
3. Move: LemonUI.SHVDN3.dll and NoMoreMelee.dll from Plugins to their correct location. Consult the readme from each download for more information.
 
Lastly, in regards to the NVE issue, make sure you are using the LSPDFR compatibility patch. If after all the troubleshooting, you still cannot get it to work, consider using an alternative for graphics.

Add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try again.

Go into the Plugins folder. Leave only the LSPDFR files and folder. Then try using LSPDFR again.

Go into OpenIV. Then go to Tools and ASI Manager. Make sure the OpenIV and ASI Loader are installed. Then re-install ScriptHookV and Player Location Display again and retest.

Firstly, the xmls called police1, POLICE2 etc all belong in ELS/pack_default and not the Main Directory. Move them and then try again.

You can copy it from the Main Directory and paste it into the mods folder. However, if you are talking about it being modified in the Main Directory, then you will want to verify your game files.

2. Consider Removing: Dangerous Callouts, FirstCallouts, HighWay Callouts, Leroy Callouts, PursuitPack, Regular Callouts, Typical Callouts, United Callouts, and Wilderness Callouts for an improved experience.
3. Re-install: Newtonsoft.Json to the Main Directory and PyroCommon to the Main Directory. You can get that from SuperCallouts.
4. Go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below:
Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = true

Try using the manual install of LSPDFR. You just drag and drop the files into the Main Directory.

@LBFBIAgent I have merged your posts as it is still technically the same problem. Update your RageNativeUI by placing the xml and dll into the Main Directory.

Just to add on, your game is also outdated. You should do the updating in the following order:
1. Update GTA V. To update your GTA V, delete your GTA5.exe and verify your game files.

2. Re-install manual LSPDFR. This will come with the updated version of RagePluginHook as well.

Get rid of the second mods folder. Rename _mods back to mods and do the following:
1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.
2. If those don't work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal.
3. If you still can't find the problem in the mods folder, you will have to restart it.

1. Consider Removing: IG Callouts, EasyLoadout, and JM Callouts Remastered. They have been known to cause issues.

1. You may have to wait sometimes for a response. People do have lives outside this site.
2. Did you re-install manual LSPDFR after making the exception and restart your PC before retrying like I originally said?
