The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try re-initializing LSPDFR Sync via the pause menu. There appears to be a telemetry issue. Also, you can simply use the text box to describe your issue, not a txt file.

    I still haven't figured out how to perform this action. But I found on one Russian-language forum that the Internet is required at the first launch, maybe there is a problem with it?

    If you are connected, you should be fine. Re-install manual LSPDFR. Load it up. Then use the LSPDFR tab in the pause menu to initiate LSPDFR Sync.

    also about initialization. The plugin crashes instantly, I don't even have time to open the settings. Accordingly, the "LSPFR" item is not there. I also tried reinstalling LSPDFR on your advice, but no, it didn't help

    Then you will continue to have telemetry issues. The current version of LSPDFR connects via LSPDFR Sync to this website.
