Good morning,

I just installed lspdfr manually I have no problem launching but after taking my duties at the police station when I leave the building I have characters who appear with SUVs who come to kill me and each time however I have installed 0 mods.

For future reference, please simply upload the log file instead of pasting the contents as it gets very spammy.

 

You need to either progress the story mode further where Michael/Trevor are allowed back in the city or you can install a 100% game save.
