If you want them to replace an already existing vehicle, you need to rename the vehicle files to an already existing base game vehicle and install them here: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2024_01\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf

If it is an addon method, I believe you just add them to the folder where the vests would be if this is a vest pack. Though I could be wrong, as EUP isn't my strongest point.

You had the "Processing cache while it's still in use" error. This is usually indicative of having a botched XML. Revert any recent changes made to any XMLs.

You do have one if you can load RPH. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

Couple of things: 1. Update your GTA V. You can do this by deleting your GTA5.exe and verify your game files. Verifying Game Files: Then once that is done, download the manual version of LSPDFR and drag and drop the files into the Main Directory. Lastly, in regards to your issue, I recommend removing PoliceAI for the time being. It has been known to cause issues.

According to the log, it says you loaded into the game fully. However, according to the description of your issue, try launching normal GTA V first. Then once in story mode fully, tab out and launch RPH.
