Keep BattlEye disabled. Then I want you to run normal GTA V. What happens?

Not sure why you sent the log as a pdf. Simply upload the file directly from the Main Directory. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

Alexander Blade has released the legacy version of ScriptHookV found here. You will want the one that says Download not the one that says Download (Alpha).

Is your mods folder named _mods?

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename it back to mods and do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If those do not work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

You are attempting to load LSPDFR more than once. If it is loaded on startup, you do not need to reload it once in-game. Have it load on startup. Go to a PD station and attempt to go on-duty.

Yes, that is the correct log. Rename your mods folder to _mods and try again.

Ensure you have the version from the link provided above. If you do, add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install RNUI from the link above and restart the PC and try again.
