Navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data in OpenIV. Then find the visualsettings.dat file and open it. Work backwards reverting any recent changes made to that file. If you need a fresh meta file, you can always find one outside the mods folder at update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5

That is the incorrect log. Next time, you will want to send the RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder. However, you said it crashes on startup. Try renaming mods to _mods and see if you can load in.

You go to the weapons section of the agency you want to edit and remove the lines for pump shotgun and carbine rifle.

Are you using a legitimate copy of GTA V? Because it would then automatically update if you followed my steps.

Show me your Main Directory as it currently is.

You had it changed to...?

You have to type it as LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll

If Callout Manager removal solved the issue, you can put _mods back to mods and keep playing.

Go into the Main Directory and delete the GTA5.exe. Then verify game files. How To Verify Game Files: Once that is done, re-install manual LSPDFR to get the latest RPH/LSPDFR.

I believe you can use this download to replace the default peds with the mp ones for Ultimate Backup.

You have multiple errors at the beginning of your log due to you installing LSPDFR Plugins incorrectly. Move the following plugins to Plugins/LSPDFR: ALPRLite Richs Police Enhancement Riskier Traffic Stops SpeedRadarLite StopThePed You also have GrammarPolice (which is causing the second error), installed to both Plugins and Plugins/LSPDFR. Delete the one in Plugins.

Re-enable ELS. Then have it crash and send the ELS.log and asiloader.log.

Then what exactly is the issue? Im not sure I understand your first post.

According to the log it says "Failed to retrieve D3D call in a reasonable time". Try launching GTA V first and then RPH fully once in-game. See if that crash persists.

That is because your mods folder is disabled. Rename it from _mods back to mods and see if it crashes.

Try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC. Once that is done, start GTA V normally first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.
