Try re-selecting the Pursuit callout from the Callout Interface menu. See if it crashes again. If it does, reload LSPDFR and then try another callout and see if it works. I am pretty sure it is crashing because it has an issue with that specific callout.

As it was told to you already multiple times, it cannot be given to you.

Because it is hard to provide support to people who would use a version of LSPDFR designed for an extremely old version of GTA V.

Send the log if it created one when you attempted to load RagePluginHook.

Not seeing any specific issues. After updating GTA V and LSPDFR/RPH, and its still crashing, rename mods to _mods and try again.

Well it looks like StopThePed loaded fine. One thing to check is go into your trainer that you are using and make sure that Everyone Ignore Player and Never Wanted are set to Off. That might be stopping them from responding. I did notice that you have PyroCommon missing from the Main Directory which is needed for SuperCallouts/ Deadly Weapons to load. Make sure you move that file there.

Have it crash and then send the asiloader.log.

That just happens sometimes. You will unfortunately have to start RagePluginHook this way from now on. Not much can be done to fix this.

So the issue is fixed?

Launch GTA V normally first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RagePluginHook. What happens?

Unfortunately, until you update your game and LSPDFR/RPH, we cannot assist. As downgrading can come with its own set of problems and makes it harder for us to diagnose the issue.
