I believe there is a way to "update" your mods folder after a major patch without having to remove your addon vehicles. I personally prefer addons, but the way I go about it takes a lot of work and isnt the fastest way. For me, I prefer to use the addon method for plane, helicopters, and civilian vehicles. As far as I know, you cannot change a replace to an addon, but I could be wrong. If you want the Highway patrol to be for the Highway patrol slot, I would recommend finding another vehicle that is addon. There could be more info that could be added to this discussion, so if anyone else has any additional comments that would be fantastic!

Correct. You rename the mods folder to "_mods" without the quotes.

To add on to what was said here, rename the mods folder to _mods and launch RPH.

Remind me again what anti-virus you use? That error message is an indicator of the anti-virus blocking it.

Try either disabling the anti-virus or creating an exception. Then re-download and install RPH and then launch it.

The update that fixed the parameters issue is out. If you are still having issues, I suggest making a new thread with your issue.

In what order did you install LSPDFR and RPH?

It should be there, it was located in mine check the same path but not in the mods folder to see if it is there. But dont replace it outside the mods folder, just check to see if it is in that path.
