Try either disabling the anti-virus or creating an exception. Then re-download and install RPH and then launch it.

The update that fixed the parameters issue is out. If you are still having issues, I suggest making a new thread with your issue.

In what order did you install LSPDFR and RPH?

It should be there, it was located in mine check the same path but not in the mods folder to see if it is there. But dont replace it outside the mods folder, just check to see if it is in that path.

There is another location you can choose for POLICE2 and POLICE3. They can also go in: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Hope that helps!

Try removing LSPDFR+ and see if that issue persists.
