Alright, the issue is with Rage. However, it is not giving a reason for it. What anti-virus are you running?

Okay, so I am not seeing any crash message with RPH. What I want you to do is go into the RPH Settings, and find the tab that allows you to run RPH in forced windowed mode. Try that and let me know what happens. Thanks! 🙂

Hello, Your issue is that once you disable your anti-virus (McAfee), you need to then reinstall RPH. Also as a side note, you will need to disable McAfee everytime you want to launch RPH, as there is no way to create an exception through McAfee. Hope That Helped! 🙂

Hello, The issue here is that your LSPDFR is being blocked. Here is what you do to fix this. 1. Re-download LSPDFR. 2. Create a new folder on your desktop titled: "LSPDFR" 3. Extract the files to the folder you just created. 4. Next, right click on every file in the download and select Properties. From there, check the box next to Unblock. Once all that is done, launch the game. Let me know what happens! 🙂

That is what is causing the issue. Replace the Sheriff2 vehicle files back to their original ones, and see if your issue persists.

Can you please post a screenshot of your GTA 5 Directory. Since it only crashes when you launch RPH, then it must be an RPH issue. Seeing the main directory helps me to visualize what you have installed and what the potential issue may be. Thanks! 🙂
