  1. Hello, So what you need to do is unblock the files. Here are the steps: LSPDFR: 1. Download LSPDFR. 2. On your desktop, create a new folder and name it "LSPDFR". 3. Using WinRaR, extract the download to the folder you just created. 4. For every file and folder in the download, right click and select properties. Then check the box next to Unblock. If that doesnt exist, just move on to next step. 5. Drag and drop into your GTA 5 Main Directory. RPH: 1. Download RPH. 2. On your desktop, create a new folder and name it "RPH". 3. Using WinRaR, extract the download to the folder you just created. 4. For every file and folder in the download, right click and select properties. Then check the box next to Unblock. If that doesnt exist, just move on to next step. 5. Drag and drop into your GTA 5 Main Directory. Hope That Helps! 🙂
  2. Hello, You need to complete the prologue first before you can play LSPDFR. Hope That Helps! 🙂
  3. Hello, Can you please post your RPH Crash Log. Thanks! 🙂
  4. That is a very tough question. Whenever you go to download a mod, on the right side, there will be a line that say API and it should say 4.4. Anything before that wont work completely.
  5. Hello, It is most likely the K9 mod you added. Can you link it please. Thanks! 🙂
  6. Hello, So if it is crashing with and without RPH, that means you must have something in your mods folder causing the issue. Rename your mods folder to _mods and let me know what happens. Thanks! 🙂
  7. Hello, Have you replaced anything in the POLICE2 slot recently? Thanks! 🙂
  8. Ah okay. And you are still having crashes? Also, if you rename your mods folder to _mods does the crashing still occur?
  9. I am. I just need to get some things tweaked a bit though. And you need to install RPH after turning off the anti-virus cause it will still be blocked.
  10. Is it possible for you to screenshot the pack_default folder inside the ELS folder? And I am glad I could help you with the first part! 🙂
  11. Fair enough. It's also a lot easier to work with in single player I imagine.
  12. That is totally true. However, Take2 cares a lot about the Online, which was the main reason for the OpenIV case. However, in terms of LSPDFR, there may not be an issue if it goes to multiplayer. It's kind of 50/50.
  13. Hello, Quick question, did you re-install RPH after disabling your anti-virus? Thanks! 🙂
  14. Hello and welcome to the LSPDFR Forums! I would be happy to assist you! Here are some simple steps to get the base LSPDFR and RPH set up. If he wishes to add plugins or a trainer menu to spawn stuff in later on, you can always come back here and I would be willing to assist. 🙂 LSPDFR: Step 1: Download LSPDFR. Step 2: Create a new folder on your desktop and name it LSPDFR. Step 3: Using WinRaR (if you dont have WinRaR, google it and download the latest version), extract the contents of the download to the folder you just made. Step 4: For every file in the extracted download, right click and select properties. Then check the box next to Unblock. If that option is not available, that means you are good and can move on to the next step. Step 5: Drag and drop the files into the GTA 5 Main Directory. RagePluginHook: Step 1: Download RagePluginHook (Version 1.69.1254.16006). Step 2: Create a new folder on your desktop and name it RPH. Step 3: Using WinRaR, extract the contents of the download to the folder you just made. Step 4: For every file in the extracted download, right click and select properties. Then check the box next to Unblock. If that option is not available, that means you are good and can move on to the next step. Step 5: Drag and drop the files into the GTA 5 Main Directory. Links to Download: LSPDFR: https://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7792-lspd-first-response/ Rage Plugin Hook: https://ragepluginhook.net/Downloads.aspx Side Note: Make sure you have completed the prologue and can walk around freely as Franklin before attempting to launch RPH. Hope This Helps! 🙂
  15. That means something was installed incorrectly. I would suggest re-downloading LSPDFR and give it another go. Best of Luck! 🙂
  16. Alright, So from your crash log, I am seeing no reason for a crash. Can you please give a bit more description to what happens leading up to the crash. Thanks! 🙂
  17. After you disable your mods folder, launch RPH. And when it crashes again, send me the RPH Crash Log. Thanks! 🙂
  18. Oh yeah totally. That whole Take Two v. OpenIV issue was nuts. It just shows you how much Take2 cares more about money than content. Seeing as how they favor their Online Community more cause it brings them more money. I would totally get if the LSPDFR founders were cautious due to that reason.
  19. That's a possibility. The exact reason I am not sure on, but that might be one reason. Although one could argue FiveM competes with GTA Online and it is still up and hasnt been served with any legal notice or such.
  20. Couple of things: 1. You can delete those text files called: "INFO" 2. Have you put in an ELS replace vehicle in the POLICE slot? Thanks! 🙂
  21. Have you tried going into your RPH Settings and turning on Forced Windowed Mode?
  22. I am not sure what the reasoning is for that, but they have always just seen it being single player only.
  23. Hello Ray! Welcome officially to the LSPDFR Forums! You will find that once you get to interacting with different parts of the forum that we are all very welcoming here. Once again, welcome and enjoy your stay! 🙂
