Hello, Please look inside the pack_default folder inside the ELS folder. If you see the files: "@USER" and "POLICE.xml" please delete those and try launching your game again. Hope This Helps! 🙂

For any form of addon, in order for the game to have enough memory, you will need a gameconfig. I have one by F7YO that is up-to-date. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Note: Make sure to download the two mods linked in the pinned comment of the page. I also recommend the gameconfig that says "Base GTA Means" as it is most likely the easiest to use. Hope This Helps and have a Happy Holidays! 🙂

I completely agree with this. I hear sometimes that "LSPDFR is boring". It is only boring if you don't explore beyond the box. There are so many new things to add to the game that it creates a diverse environment full of opportunities for the player to explore. And the speed with which the Devs of LSPDFR, SHV, and RPH complete the updates is extremely fast. Congrats to everyone that works to make this mod better every day.

There used to be one, but it was downright awful. The way things are going now, LSPDFR will always be singleplayer. Reality can often be disappointing, but such is life.

And at the base of it all is GTA 5 updating constantly to appeal to the Online community. That then causes everything else to need an update and the snowball effect grows bigger from there.

This is gonna bring a whole new RP element into the game instead of just pulling them out of the car and them tripping over their own feet. I cant wait to use this! While I thought the current animation was fine for grabbing suspects, I think the addition of running is a very nice touch. This section I found interesting. I could be wrong, but with the implementation of this, it will eliminate the need for plugins like CopHolster and whatever plugin you used to call the Fire Department. (Can't think of the name for it if there is one.) Again, a nice bit of extended freedom here with the inclusion of the Online characters and the outfits from the newest update.

Hmm. Well lots of updates have happened recently. I would suggest starting fresh and downloading only LSPDFR and RPH. Since now there is stuff that is outdated. Also make sure to grab SHV if you want to use a trainer.

I will start this off by saying that I started here way later than you just like JBin (2018). So my point of view will be from that time period onward. I will say that yes, it does feel like modders are moving on. Each for their own reasons. Whether it be irl stuff, other stuff, or just them not being happy with how LSPDFR handles things. It is a shame that such great modders have moved on, but hopefully new modders will step up and take the place to give us an even more in-depth future for modding. As for Albo, he just had real life stuff to deal with and he couldn't put anymore time into updating. Luckily, we have Bejoijo which provides an alternative to Albo's mods.

It is at this location: update/update.rpf Copy and paste that to the same location but in the mods folder. That will make it updated, but remove any mods you have in there. They will need to be re-added.

Have you tried disabling your anti-virus and then re-installing RPH?
