Hello, Looks like the files are protected. To attempt to fix this issue, follow these steps: LSPDFR: 1. Re-download LSPDFR. 2. On your desktop, create a folder and name it "LSPDFR". 3. Using WinRaR, extract the download to the folder you just made. 4. For each file/folder, right click on it and select properties. Then check the box next to unblock. 5. Drag and drop into your Main Directory. RPH: 1. Re-download RPH. 2. On your desktop, create a folder and name it "RPH". 3. Using WinRaR, extract the download to the folder you just made. 4. For each file/folder, right click on it and select properties. Then check the box next to unblock. 5. Drag and drop into your Main Directory. Let me know if this helps! 🙂

Same thing. I dont think there is anything for that.

As far as I know, there isn't one that is updated for police. But there is one available that keeps peds calm when shots are fired.

I don't have a list but if you go to the downloads section, any plugin with the 0.4 API should work. I am guessing you mean FiveM. Cause LSPDFR is not an online game. FiveM differs from LSPDFR in the sense that all police scenarios done are done by people coming together and roleplaying it out, whereas LSPDFR runs plugins that use AI for callouts.

[12/4/2019 1:27:38 AM.453] Type: System.Int32, Reading section: "Miscellaneous", key: PluginTimeoutThreshold [12/4/2019 1:27:38 AM.453] Read value: <null> What I want you to do is go into your RPH Settings Menu by launching RPH and when the small box pops up, click the silver cog icon at the bottom left of the box. Then find the tab where it says PluginTimeoutThreshold. Switch that to 60,000 and let me know what happens. Thanks! 🙂

There is no need to re-install ELS. We just need to find the vehicle xml that doesnt belong.

Hello, That could mean an ELS vehicle was installed incorrectly. Can you please post a screenshot of your pack_default folder? Thanks! 🙂

For that first download, I have it in this location: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicle.rpf Hope That Helps! 🙂

Go ahead and either disable them or create an exception and then run RPH. And that is fine! You take all the time you need to respond! 🙂

Hello, This could be caused by an ambient spawn. What I would suggest is opening your LSPDFR.ini and finding the maxworldevents for Ambient Events and changing it to 0. Thanks! 🙂

If it is only opening regular GTA 5, here is what I would suggest. Launch GTA 5 normally and when the lights and sirens come up, tab out and launch RPH. Let me know if that works! 🙂
