Does the same issue happen when you launch the game normally?

Hello, This is usually due to the fact that the game memory is low. This can be caused by an excess of addon vehicles, plugins, or even replace vehicles. Do you have a lot of any of these? Hope This Helped and Happy Holidays! 🙂

Hello, If this is happening in FiveM as well, I believe there is a game setting that you can change to increase brightness. I also know that ELS has a setting to increase the brightness of the lighting as well. Let me know if you have any further question! Happy Holidays! 🙂

Hello, One thing I can see is that you have a rather low Plugin Timeout Threshold. What you want to do is this: 1. Launch RPH. 2. When it gets to the tiny window, click the silver cog button in the bottom left. 3. Find the tab that has Plugin Timeout Threshold in it. 4. Change it to 60,000. Hope the helps and Happy Holidays! 🙂

Hello! First, you need to complete the story mode. After that, follow these steps: LSPDFR: 1. Re-download LSPDFR. 2. On your desktop, create a folder and name it: "LSPDFR". 3. Using WinRaR, extract the download to the folder you just created. 4. For every file in the extracted download, right click and select Properties. Then check the box next to Unblock. RPH: 1. Re-download RPH. 2. On your desktop, create a folder and name it: "RPH". 3. Using WinRaR, extract the download to the folder you just created. 4. I could be wrong, but it looks like ambient spawns are the issue. Go into your LSPDFR.ini and set the max events to 0. Hope This Helps! 🙂

Hello, Looks like PoliceSmartRadio is having conflicts with UltimateBackup. I could be wrong, but I would suggest re-installing PoliceSmartRadio. However, when you go to drag and drop, onyl do the folders "LSPDFR" and "Plugins". Thanks! 🙂

You can. All you need to do is create a backup of your GTA 5 folder. So that you can have one for Online, one for LSPDFR, and one that is a Vanilla copy of the game. Let me know if you need more info on this. If you install this via a backuped version of the game, no. All your progress online and offline is saved. It will save regardless of if you use backups, but it is highly recommended you make backups. Yes it does. If you attempt to launch Online with any altered version of the game, you will be banned. That is why I say you need one that is the Vanilla game, so that you can play online without any alterations to the game. If you mean LSPDFR, yes. It will remove all the LSPDFR files, but it wont remove any plugins or third party software like RPH or SHV. Hope This Helps! 🙂

It would be fun to see that, and I feel the same way. Being able to play LSPDFR with friends would be awesome! It just isn't the direction the Devs want to go in. Such is life.

Hello, Please look inside the pack_default folder inside the ELS folder. If you see the files: "@USER" and "POLICE.xml" please delete those and try launching your game again. Hope This Helps! 🙂

For any form of addon, in order for the game to have enough memory, you will need a gameconfig. I have one by F7YO that is up-to-date. https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars Note: Make sure to download the two mods linked in the pinned comment of the page.
