  1. Sweet! Glad you solved your issue! Happy patrolling! 🙂
  2. Hello! First, in regards to that mods folder you are talking about, you make it yourself. What you do is right click in your main directory and create a new folder, and then you name it "mods". From there you put all the files that you wish to alter in there. What I want you to do is link me all the stuff you wish to add into your game and I can talk you through each one. Hope This Helps! 🙂
  3. Hello, Have you changed any of your ped models lately? Or any models at all? Thanks! 🙂
  4. There is no setting for that. You can just say that any car going over 50 mph in the city is speeding. There is also a variety of plugins that can help with that. I believe Traffic Policer, the one you already have installed, comes with cars that will either be intoxicated or breaking some other form of traffic law.
  5. Alright, seems like you gave up a bit prematurely as I could have solved your issue, but okay. Peace! lul
  6. Hmm. That is strange. By default, cars should be going a bit fast even without LSPDFR. Plus you can set your own traffic laws to create some RP.
  7. You can actually just reply here with your RPH Crash Log and I can take a look and solve it for you. 🙂
  8. What version of StopThePed are you using?
  9. Cops usually write the ticket in the car cause they may use their computer. You can always simulate that as the menu allows you to walk away from the window and RP it out. And no problem! 🙂
  10. And you are sure you installed ELS correctly?
  11. No problem! Glad we could assist! 🙂
  12. Being dealt with in Discord. Showed proof of purchase. 🙂
  13. If you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods and let me know what happens. Thanks! 🙂
  14. You mean people aren't speeding or violating traffic laws? Do you have any plugins installed?
  15. Hello, Issue was resolved on Discord. Game version was pirated. Have a good day! 🙂
  16. Hello, And does this happen when you launch GTA 5 normally? Thanks! 🙂
  17. Yeah, it is related to your anti-virus. You can either create and exception for RPH or you can just turn it off every time you play RPH. Hope This Helps! 🙂
  18. Hello, So I take it you got the model successfully installed. As for the the XML for ELS, you should just have to stick it in the pack_default folder. If you want to know the keybindings for ELS, check the DOCUMENTATION folder in the ELS download and it give you a PDF for the default keybindings. Hope This Helps! 🙂
  19. Hello, What I want you to do is this: 1. Launch RPH. 2. When the tiny window opens, click the silver cog button in the bottom left. 3. Find the miscellaneous tab in the RPH Settings Menu. 4. Change the Plugin Timeout Threshold from 10,000 to 60,000. Hope This Helps! 🙂
  20. Hello, If I remember correctly, you press Ctrl+P in order to bring up the panel. You can find all the keybindings in the Default Controls PDF in the DOCUMENTATION folder in the download. Hope This Helps! 🙂
  21. If you are asking how to perform them, you press shift behind a vehicle and use E to stop them. Then follow the on-screen prompts. Hope This Helps! 🙂

Hello, Try re-installing OpenIV and see if that fixes the issue. Thanks! 🙂
  23. Hello, Please post your RPH Crash Log. To do that, follow these steps: 1. Open your GTA 5 Main Directory. 2. Find the text file titled: "RagePluginHook.log". 3. Copy and paste it to your desktop. 4. Upload it here! Thanks! 🙂
  24. Negative. You will need to update your game. 🙂
  25. Adding on to what was said here, this is how you can update: Steam: 1. Go to your Steam Library. 2. Right click on GTA 5. 3. Select Properties. 4. Go to the Local Files tab. 5. Select "Verify Integrity of Game Files..." Retail: 1. Go to your GTA Main Directory. 2. Right click on the "GTA5Launcher.exe". 3. Select "Create Shortcut". 4. Right click on the shortcut you just created. 5. Select Properties. 6. In the Shortcut tab, find the target line and at the end of it, put a space and add this: "-verify". 7. Launch the shortcut. Hope This Helps! 🙂
