Do you have GTA 5 installed to two locations?

It actually happens quite often. Ive seen it many times before. Im sorting it now via DMs.

Hello, Couple of things to follow. First, go into the Commandline.txt in the Main Directory and remove everything in there and then add -windowed and then save and exit the document. Second, follow this: How to access your Rage Settings Menu: => To access your RagePluginHook settings, hold Shift straight after launching RagePluginHook. => Alternatively, press the little silver cog icon when you see the RagePluginHook splash screen after launching. Changing Your Plugin Timeout Threshold: => In the first tab of the RPH Settings, find the bar titled "Plugin Timeout Threshold" and change it to 60,000. Lastly, remove UB and STP and see if the issue persists. Thanks! 🙂

Move the New Character files as well to desktop and try again.

Uhm...no....there was no cat...at least not to my knowledge.

Try moving the Randy James files to your desktop and then try launching RPH again and going on-duty.

Uhm....no problem!

Basically, make sure GTA 5 is running. Then open Task Manager and in the current tasks, select GTA 5 and then right click it. The select Go To Details. It should auto-select an exe for you. Just right click that exe it auto-selects and set the Priority to High. Hope This Helps! 🙂

Whelp....the error from before is back. The one where you need to give priority to GTA 5 in Task Manager and add the GTA 5 Main Directory to the exceptions list of the anti-virus. Then re-install RPH. xD

Remove the TrainerV.asi and then try again. I dont see why it is causing issues, buts lets test it to be sure.

Hmmm...interesting....send your ScriptHookV.log file please.

What errors did it show? Cause the log didnt have any.

Is it a game crash?
