  1. Re-install LSPDFR making sure to download the manual install. Not the automatic.
  2. Rename the Plugins folder to _Plugins and try running RPH. See if it freezes.
  3. Just Ultimate Backup. Nothing with an actual radio aesthetic though.
  4. For the vehicle section, is the vehicle file actually called that, or is that the folder it comes in? Because I am assuming these are addon vehicles.
  5. Hello, Couple of things. 1. Remove Assorted Callouts, Arrest Manager, Traffic Policer, and PoliceSmartRadio. Those are all outdated. There more updated callouts and plugins that can do roughly the same thing. Such as StopThePed, Ultimate Backup, ALPR+, and much more. 2. Im not seeing the specific error that was mentioned, so can you show me how you added the lines to your agency.xml? Thanks!
  6. Hello, You need to add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. You can figure that out by searching on Google how to add a folder to the exceptions list for whatever anti-virus you use. Once that is completed, re-install RPH and restart your PC. Then try again. If the issue persists, please see the appropriate section in the link below: https://bit.ly/2QTCgiy Thanks!
  7. Hello, Please send your RPH Crash Log. It is a txt file that is found in the Main Directory and either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. Thanks!
  8. Sweet! Glad you solved your issue!
  9. It's important to note that adding on to what CAT said, you need to re-install RPH and restart your PC after adding the exception.
  10. Does this crash occur when you launch just GTA V?
  11. For future reference, you only need to add the Main Directory. Not the launcher.
  12. You are missing the backup.xml from lspdfr/data. Please re-download the manual version of LSPDFR and add that file.
  13. It is supported because there aren't files that it uses that need to be upgraded with each game update (except for ScriptHookV). Are you incurring problems with it? And if so, what are they?
  14. Prior to the crash, this was displayed in the log. I suggest trying to spawn something or open the menu somewhere else and see if the issue persists.
  15. That is not it. Its a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.
  16. First, Microsoft Defender is an anti-virus. Second, look at the link below and then add the Main Directory to the exceptions list for Windows Defender. Then re-install RPH and restart PC. Link: https://bit.ly/3gtYBOe
  17. Just to clarify again, this is just RPH correct?
  18. Rename mods to _mods and try again.
  19. That popup that you say "blocks files" happens every time you fresh install RPH/LSPDFR. You just have to press okay. You can try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus and then re-installing RPH and then restarting your PC to see if that helps.
  20. 1. Make sure you have RageNativeUI in the Main Directory. 2. Revert the keybindings to the originals and see if it works.
  21. Keep in mind, during a certain point in the story, you cannot switch back to Franklin. Although I cannot remember if this is the same point or not.
  22. Just press yes. It will unblock them.
  23. To add on, if people had the time and effort available to remove the interconnectivity that existed between all of Albo's mods. It's something I tried with Assorted Callouts as I think that is one of the best callout packs still to date...minus the being outdated part. Point is, rules are rules. And there is a lot that happens behind the scenes that most users won't ever see, which gives them a very one-sided and biased view on the situation.
