Does it just not start or does it crash after starting?

It says you dont have a PluginTimeoutThreshold. Please set one. Accessing RagePluginHook Settings: To access your RagePluginHook settings, hold Shift straight after launching RagePluginHook. Alternatively, press the little silver cog icon when you see the RagePluginHook splash screen after launching. Changing Your Plugin Timeout Threshold: In the first tab of the RPH Settings, find the bar titled "Plugin Timeout Threshold" and change it to 60,000.

I would attempt a re-install of LSPDFR, RageNativeUI, and all of EUP. Make sure to backup any files you edited before doing this.

And...?

You will want to remove Arrest Manager, Callout Manager, LSPDFR+, PoliceSmartRadio, and Traffic Policer. Those are all outdated. Some good replacements for Arrest Manager, Traffic Policer, and PoliceSmartRadio are StopThePed and Ultimate Backup from BejoIjo. Did you attempt to re-install RPH after doing these steps? If no, please do so.

Screenshot the Main Directory. Also, did you make sure to install that thing I linked after downloading? Cause that is the only fix I know of.

Okay, after a bit of investigating, try this. (Solutions from the RPH FAQ). 1. Make sure you have fully installed RPH. 2. Install these: 3. Disable any overlays or PC enhancing software.

Are you running RPH and FiveM in the same directory?

Do you have your hud and UI turned on in Settings?

Send log again.

I see. Try adding the Main Directory to the exceptions list in your anti-virus. If you arent sure how, just Google how to add folders to [insert anti-virus you own here] exception list. Then once that is done, re-install RPH and restart PC. Then try again.

Right click it and go to Properties and then Details and screenshot that.

Try launching GTA V first and then RPH. See what happens.

That has nothing to do with that.

And where is it installed to?

I mean...it will...because you are starting the game fresh. But, in the grand scheme, it a little pointless since your issue is solvable.

Did you launch the game via RPH(RagePluginHook)?

That's not it. You are missing the Localization.ini for CompuLite. Re-download and install CompuLite.

To fix this error, you need to launch GTA V first and then once in-game, RPH. This is a bug with what I said prior being the only fix. Which means you will have to do that everytime. Keep in mind, this is only a good potential fix if the game is crashing both normally and with RPH, and that the issue is attributed to the mods folder.
