The XML files belong in ELS/pack_default. You also need to install AdvancedHook.dll from the ELS download to the Main Directory.

If that is the case, you may have to add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart PC.

With ENB, you need to start GTA V first normally. Then RPH once you are fully in-game. If you are still having issues after that, you may want to re-install ENB.

What do you mean it "doesnt load properly"? Try launching GTA V normally first. Then once fully in-game and you can walk around, tab out and launch RPH. See if you can use LSPDFR then.

Please send your RPH Crash Log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log.

1. Remove Wilderness Callouts. Its outdated. 2. Make sure you update both Arrest Manager and Traffic Policer and have LSPDFR+ installed. Then try again.

Not possible from the default ini. You can look for a plugin that might do that, but not much else beyond that.
