  1. If it's in the mods folder, you can simply delete it and it will revert back to the default one.
  2. You can try using the one found here.
  3. After adding the exception, did you restart your PC and re-install manual LSPDFR?

  5. Sounds like you have a fault ELS xml. You can try removing the ones you have installed one by one and testing after each removal to find the issue.
  6. Add it back. Rename ELS folder to _ELS and try again.
  7. Remove ScriptHookV.dll. Try again.
  8. It doesnt give a notification. The car blips on the mini map and then you light them up.
  9. You want Virus and Threat Protection Settings. The Exceptions is in there.

  16. Add the Main Directory to the exceptions list of your anti-virus. Re-install manual LSPDFR. Try again.

  20. Just a heads up, the CalloutInterfaceAPI is packaged wrong. You have it set to install into Plugins/LSPDFR. It should be packaged outside the Plugins folder so it auto-sorts into the Main Directory.
  21. But did you clean your Directory?
