Find the place where you installed the files/folders and delete them.

Add the Main Directory to the exceptions list. Delete the GTAV.exe and verify the game files. Then restart PC.

If renaming mods to _mods works, rename _mods back to mods and try: Installing the gameconfig, Heap, and Packfile Adjusters. If that still doesnt work, you can remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal. If that still doesnt work, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Either you are doing something wrong/ possible anti-virus issue, or an illegitimate copy. As there is no other way to update your game.

Update: Definitive Callouts, Traffic Policer, and Urban Callouts. Remove: Callout Manager If the game is still crashing after, rename mods to _mods.

They aren't related. They have the potential to cause issues. Just know that if you continue to use them, you may experience LSPDFR/game crashes.

Go in-game and use an ELS enabled vehicle. Then press Ctrl + P. What happens?

By the way, you also appear to be missing the dll for Immersive Ambient Events. If you wish to use that plugin, please re-install it according to the readme.

Couple of things: 1. Update: Hypers Callouts 2. Remove: Duty Callouts 3. You have a vehicle with an invalid model hash. Revert any changes made to the vehicles.meta or get the default from update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5. 4. You have an error with one of the Ultimate Backup xmls (DefaultRegions, CustomRegions, SpecialUnits). Revert any changes made recently.

LSPDFR is outdated. Update it via the manual version found here.

Yeah, unfortunately if those did not help, there isn't really much else I can say besides revert changes or restart the mods folder. My advice to you is to install mods one at a time and test after each install. That way you will know exactly what was causing the problems. Best of luck!
