That is the incorrect log. Please send the RPH Crash Log. Its a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.

Once you have gotten past Validating System, re-enable Windows Defender. @keanejustynPlease do not tell people to completely disable their anti-virus. That can lead to some pretty bad outcomes and is not needed to solve this problem.

Im going to add on that the primary solution for this is to: If the above solution doesn't work, then you should disabled Windows Defender, launch RPH, and once it gets past Validating Hook, re-enable Windows Defender. Under no circumstances should you leave it off.

Yeah because your mods folder was disabled. Start by ensuring you update your mods folder. Using Windows File Explorer navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V/update. Copy the update.rpf into: Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update If you currently have an update2.rpf file in this directory - delete it. Once done, rename _mods back to mods and test.
