Is anyone able to help identify why Rage is crashing? GTA launches, I select Story mode with Ragepluginhook, and then it crashes. I removed all the plugins I could from my directory.

After updating to the latest versions of everything, I can no longer move or interact on LSPDFR. Keybinds and controller input do not work at all. I can open the start menu and the controller/keys work there, but not in game. When I switch to STORY mode, my keybinds DO work but not controller. Why do I have 0 input when running LSPDFR? -Files up to date -PC restarted -Verified game files Thanks for any help.

This did actually fix the issue. It happened with several new files all missing the localization file but I reinstalled and its good to go.

This is really strange. I had that issue with Compulite and then I reinstalled it and now UltimateBackup?

Why is the latest build causing so many problems? I was able to load into the game and the bottom right shows "Loading LSPDFR" with the spinning wheel and it wouldn't go away. LSPDFR keeps immediately crashing when I reload plugins. Now it is crashing before I can get in game. Log attached. RagePluginHook.log

Still crashing

Haven't played in a while, did some updating and now LSPDFR crashes when loading into the game. Screen goes black but doesn't actually load in. Immediate LSPDFR crash. I have screenied the console at the time of crash (I forget how to get the Rage crash report, the window doesn't pop up showing the report.) I know I have some outdated plugins but they usually work fine still. Trying to figure out the root cause to the crash. Thanks

Indeed. Open IV said to update Mods folder or it may cause game crashes. Well, it only started crashing after I updated it. Not sure what's going on here.. Update: Located an OpenIV package installed mod I recently installed and deleted it. I just had a successful load in.

Just updated to latest LSPDFR, RAGE, Scripthook and GTA. The game is now crashing on startup of loading screen almost immediately. Attached my log. Thanks crashreport.txt

I'm not sure what SimpleTCP is, I found it in my plugins as a .dll and I removed it. Possibly an old script...? I also have no idea what "Callout" could be. I couldn't even find its location. I tried searching it, no luck.. Regular callouts is listed as updated for 4.8 and the file in the download says 1.0.9 but the actual .dll is still 1.0.0 every time I download it. Not sure if they have the right file posted or what's going on there.. Other than that I'm working on the other changes. Thanks so much Update: In-game the console recognizes Regular Callouts as the latest version. I guess its just mislabeled.

Appreciate the reply. Since the few minutes I've been playing, LSPDFR has crashed in-game several times. I reload plugins but it doesn't last long. My game seems to be very unstable at the moment. It is also taking 3-4 launch times before it actually loads me into the game. At this point I think I would appreciate a more detailed list of what all I need to fix in order to have a stable game. Also, which lspdfr menu are you referring to? Do I need to enable anything? If not, disregard and I'll remove the Callout Manager Thanks! Oh I forgot to ask; is there a specific issue with Superevents? I downloaded it tonight because I saw it on the front page of scripts as an up to date plugin

Update: I do not know much about code or crash logs, but after sifting through I saw that "ChillCallouts" created several errors in a row so I removed that plugin. The game now works for me. Please let me know if you see any other potential issues or if this must have been it! Thanks

Just updated LSPDFR and some plugins to 4.8. Ragehook is up to date as well. My game keeps crashing on the loading screen right before it goes into the game. Below is my crash log if anyone can tell me what I need to fix. I already tried disabling Direct X.
