Hmm. If it is still not updating, it could be a permissions issue. I want you to add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try again.

If that works, rename _mods back to mods and then do the following: 1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that doesnt work, remove what you have added recently and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the problem, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Update: Riskier Traffic Stops, Chaos Callouts, LSPDFR Enhanced, Special Callouts, University Callouts, Dynamic Callouts, Grammar Police, Kuchera Callouts, 686 Callouts, Ransom Ambience, and Immersive Ambient Events. 2. Crazy Pursuit, Vocal Dispatch, JM Callouts Remastered, IG Callouts, SWL Callouts, Emergency Callouts, and Lore Callouts have been known to cause issues. County Calls (including dlGlobal), Leroy Callouts, AutoPanic, Lore Callouts, and Bait Car have all been known to cause issues. For the most optimal experience, it is suggested that you remove them.
