With the addition of new content, one of the update.rpf's should be broken. You will need to do this if running on the current version of the game.

For future reference, please simply upload the log file instead of pasting the contents as it gets very spammy. You need to either progress the story mode further where Michael/Trevor are allowed back in the city or you can install a 100% game save.

That is the incorrect log. Please send the RPH Crash Log. It's a txt file in the Main Directory called either RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in your Logs folder.

As per this issue, re-install the ELS files into the Main Directory. It received an update to AdvancedHook that was causing issues with the newest update. As per your log, go into the lspdfr.ini and change the following to reflect below: AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0 AmbientSpawn.MaxSpawnedCopsInArea = 0

Rename _mods back to mods and try: 1. Installing the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster. 2. If that doesnt work, remove what you have added recently one by one and test after each removal. 3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.

Couple of things: 1. Update: Urban Callouts 2. Revert any changes made to your xmls recently as that is what is causing the crash.

You are having an issue with SimpleHUD. You have it installed to Plugins and it does not belong there. It belongs in the Scripts folder. If you do have it installed to Scripts, remove it and try running the game again.
