ScripthookV needs updating. Remove it from the game folder and you can play, although mods relying on scripthook such as ELS will not work.

Coastal Callouts
For some reason most of the helicopter liveries are bad quality, except for the dolphin. I'm not running the recommended gameconfig and heap adjusters etc.. since they make my game lag, but I did install them and test it and the livery was the same. Any solutions? Fixed it by turning my texture quality up to high. Sucks cause I barely get 60 frames with all my mods but gotta do what you gotta do.

New update for me it seems I can only get loadout 1. I press loadout 2 in the menu, press give loadout or F7, and it gives me loadout 1.

Realistic GTAV Weapons + Narcotics for Search Warrant Plugin

This mod removes the old config and adds GTAV weapons such as pistol, combatpistol, carbine rifle, etc... Additionally, I removed the old narcotics config and added realistic drugs and paraphernalia. A list of the weapons and narcotics added is also included in this download. (ALSO INCLUDED BELOW) The suspicion level, probability, size and all that is also changed on both of the weapons and narcotics configs so it's more realistic. Most guns are suspicious instead of illegal since I'm loosely basing this list of American gun laws. If it's in the car and you're transporting it, it's not illegal, unless Stolen or Modified. When dealing with guns on person, use Stop The Ped to check for ID and their gun permit, and you can go from there. As I said, I'm loosely basing this on American laws but not 100% as I am not American. This is basically the result of a little research and common sense. Marijuana is also legal, but dealing is not, so baggies and several pounds of weed is illegal. If you have any suggestions for me to add something or change the legality, etc.. then comment below. EUP Menu
Is there any way to change the key binds for stuff like change texture? And is the numbers (like 4 + 6 for change textures) the numpad or normal numbers? I have no numpad and can't figure out how to do stuff involving them. EDIT: When I try pressing enter on the item to then try and cycle textures it crashed EUP every single time.

LSSD Gang Unit
Is there any way to make yourself this ped? Like a trainer where this outfit shows up? I downloaded mistakenly thinking it was EUP, would be cool if it could be EUP or integrated in trainers. EDIT: I figured it out. Im Menyoo, go to model changer in players and click on favourites. Press add new one and type s_m_m_ciasec_01. Then it's saved there. You can change everything in Wardrobe. The reason the torso doesn't show up alot of the time is because it is on -1.

Well I removed a few mods and limited my vehicles to have 1 skin only, and these problems went away. Looks like a graphical issue with the amount of liveries.

Oh, I have. There literally no problem until adding/replacing cars. I might redo my mods folder. UPDATE: Looks like redoing my mods folder worked, possibly. No issues yet, so it looks good. I have no more time for tests tho, I'll let you know tomorrow. UPDATE: Welp, changed vehicles meta tint diffuse, next time I went on, it didn't work. I took the edit off, still doesn't work. It's literally a game of luck.

I reinstalled the game multiple times, added vehicles before any mods were installed, other than scripthookv and menyoo, which were used to spawn the cars. GPU Utilization: average 90% CPU Utilization: Average 65% temps are fine.

All I am doing is replacing vehicles. I'm using thegreathah's lspd rx2700 pack. Then I'm using a pack from All Blue Lights for Different Models or something like that for the pack. I've also tried other packs from t0y, no luck.

I mean, I'll have to try no sheriff2 slot, but would the settings xml in documents/rockstargames have anything to do with this? I know I am grasping at straws. And I've added way more mods since, it's clearly a vehicle problem. EDIT: I tried only using sheriff slot, it worked at first for 1 model, then I changed it up to an all blue lights model of the same thing and it didn't work... god dayum

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's to do with replacing vehicles. I was able to replace fbi with an unmarked charger, but when I try to replace sheriff and sheriff2, same issues start happening. So at this point I'm just using a single slot and changing it everytime. I also have little mods tho, so adding more could also stuff it up.

After updating my GTA, Scripthook and RageHook, 90% of times I spawn cars (almost all cars, emergency or not) through the console or trainer, they do not spawn and I loose major textures. Once I loose these textures, I can not get them back, and am driving on invisible roads. I was able to play and complete 1 callout straight after I upgraded, but since then, I've had no textures and couldn't spawn vehicles, making it impossible to play. I have tried reinstalling GTA 3 times, reinstalling ragehook + scripthook, lspdfr, etc... Nothing works. I have seen a similar problem from back in 2016 after a GTA V update, yet they solved it by moving cars to the newest patchday. I have tried that, didn't work. I've tried removing RadienceV, thinking it might be a visual problem, didn't work. I've increased my graphics, lowered my graphics, used DirectX11, nothing works. I have an updated gameconfig. Is anyone having similar problems, or have a fix? GTA is impossible to play. And I say GTA cause I tried to load GTA from PlayGTAV or whatever that .exe is, and then spawn cars via Moenyo trainer (butchered that name), and only 1 in 10 select cars spawn, and again, graphics go. Not as bad as using RageHook, but still, same problems. The pictures below were using RageHookPlugin, off duty. Straight after loading game up. Only lets me upload 4mb, but I tried to load cars, this time couldnt load just 1 using mooney or rage console. Using the trainer, I would press on the vehicle to load it, wait for 3-5 seconds, then it wouldn't spawn and would go back to the menu. Using the console, I type "spawn (car)", and it just wouldn't spawn. Afterwards, major texture loss as shown below. I will try to load gta and wait for 1 hour or so to see if im just stressing it, but chances of that working, meh.. EDIT: I tried sitting in LS for 15 mins, then SS for 15 minutes, then forcedutied, waited 5 minutes, then tried spawning vehicles. no luck still. Specs i5-8600k @ 4.8 gtx 1060 3gb 8gb ram ingame mostly all high-low

Is the crown vic meant to have a 3 step lightbar (meaning you need to press J 3 times using ELS, opposed to once on other vehicles)? The yellow traffic director is also overlapping lights on lightbar. I don't use the vic for that reason.

Thanks for your help. I've figured it out. Here is an example for rockford hills fire station. I have managed to get firetruk, ladder1, ladder2 and rescue1 to spawn. You need to make a vehicle set for each vehicle. I've also fully removed the SUV, not any difference from a spawn chance of 0, but just for neatness. Better EMS
How would I change the responding units and/or add add-on cars? Also how could I change the livery? I briefly fiddled with the backup.xml, with no success. I have the fire + ems pack by the medic dude, and I would like to make it so there's a chance of the engine (firetruk), rescue and/or ladder trucks to come. (aswell as different ambulance liveries) Some also have multiple liveries, so I would need to select the livery for Blaine, Los Santos, etc... FYI - I have successfully edited the backup.xml for lspdfr, not sure if betterems's backup.xml functions in a similar way.
