Chesus Christ, thats a christmas tree if I've ever seen one. -
I was having the issue because i had policeold2 as my chp charger, all you hav e to do is go into carvariations and make sure that you use i believe it was lightsettings 6 and siren 13 or the other way around, that helped me when I was having issues with my lightbar so maybe it could help not sure though.- 322 comments

@GscopIf your going to make a siren heres a good tutorial to do so, dont mind that it says GTA IV just follow how he does in audacity, if youre not using it I recommend you do. (Skip to 2:44 if you want to see how he does it in audacity. -
@Sentinel55 I was able to fix my car!, I had looked at your comments on the CVPI file and saw that you said something about sirensetting, I then went into the vanilla carvariations and saw that the lights value was 6 and the sirens value was 13, so I changed both of those values in my modded carvariations and it worked, so note if you're going to change a carvaritation for the vic or charger use lightsettings "6" and sirensettings "13".

Understandable, also did you figure out what was happening with the lightbar on yelp, Im currently reinstalling everything so there goes a couple hours of my life. Yikes 😔

Can confirm that it has been fixed, TY. Also how do I fix the CVPI yelp pattern on the back, it flashes all exept for the one blue light on the back and only on the lightbar version, slciktop is fine.

@Sentinel55 Will try out, also my request is if you could do some civilian versions of like retired cop cars like the FH4 CVPI with components for spotloghts and rambars and other cars like the tahoe, charger etc. Would be cool to see. @Sentinel55 Considering it worked for him Ill try it without radiancev and see if its fixed.

Weird, Ill try installing both. @Sentinel55Installed and it fixed it but as you said it comes again when dirt is put on the car.

@Sentinel55 Are you up for any requests? @JJ9856 Ive already been discussing this issue with him because it also happens on the vic, i narrowed it down to something in ragehook but not sure what it is, it also doesnt occur at night so you can still patrol normally then.

Will do. Ok, I started gta without rage and the lights didnt have the weird bubble, but as soon as I started with rage it caused it to happen, I also lowered the emissive down to 900 at day and 850 at night.
